Sweep date: Monday, Aug 10, 2026. Goal — a complete inventory of the yard: every vessel (ID, condition, in/out of water), every machine, utilities, hazards, and the ins & outs. Open the Facility Map alongside this to drop markers as you go.
Before you walk — bring: phone (Facility Map + this kit open) · camera · PPE (boots, hi-vis, gloves) · tape/paint markers to tag boats · a printed copy of the Who-to-Call list · notebook. Split the team: one on vessel IDs/photos, one on equipment/utilities, one taking notes.
The route — 6 zones (west point → east entrance)
Who to call, and when. The in-water wrecks and the boats you don't own are handled by agencies — not by you directly. Numbers marked amber need the direct local line confirmed.

The golden rule: you cannot scrap, sell, sink, or dispose of a boat you don't own — even a wreck — without following the process for its class. Self-help disposal = theft/liability exposure. And you cannot touch the in-water derelicts unilaterally; they sit on state submerged land and are regulated. Run every specific vessel past Moore & Co. before acting.
What you CAN do on Day 1 (any vessel)
✓ Inventory & photograph every vessel (condition, HIN/registration, location)
✓ Secure the site — gates, cameras, no unauthorized removal
✓ Reposition boats within your own yard for operations — but document condition first (liability)
✓ Start title/owner searches (FLHSMV) so the clock can begin
✓ Report in-water derelicts to FWC & remove immediate pollution/safety hazards (proper handling)
